    Workshop No. 10 covers an area of 6000 m2 with 4601 ground tuns, 60 pits, 6 sets of distilling steamers and utensils and 1400 tons capacity. Based on the preservation of essence of Hengshui Laobaigan liquor making, in this workshop created a production process of distillation and purification which represents the production pattern of Hengshui Laobaigan liquor making in the early 20th century, with ground vat fermentation, manual operations for grain feeding, stirring and refilling as well as some auxiliary mechanized operations for grain moisturizing, stirring, airing and conveying, having industry 2.0 features.
