    Workshop No. 8 covers an area of 9600 m2 with 7280 underground tuns, 80 pits, 8 sets of distilling steamers and utensils and 1800 tons capacity. This workshop is a traditional handmade workshop using traditional 5-steaming technique and is one of national intangible cultural heritages representing the production pattern of Hengshui Laobaigan liquor making in the 1980s, with ground vat fermentation, manual operations for grain feeding, stirring and refilling as well as steel wire rope electric hoist and airing machine, having industry 1.0 features.
